Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise – FAQ for New & Prospective Members

Can I Make Up a Missed Meeting?

Yes! Rotary International values consistent participation, and there are several ways to make up a missed meeting:

1. Rotary eClub One (Online)

Rotarians from any club worldwide can complete a make-up meeting via Rotary eClub One. Here's how:

How to Complete a Make-Up Meeting with Rotary eClub One:

  • Visit their Programs and Make-Up Programs section.

  • Spend at least 30 minutes reviewing content, keeping the Four-Way Test in mind.

  • Request a Make-Up Confirmation at the end.

  • Consider donating the equivalent of your regular meeting cost, which helps fund their global service work.

2. Make-Ups Within Our Club

You can also receive credit by participating in:

  • Club socials

  • Board meetings

  • Club-led service projects

3. Rotary Events & Trainings

Make-ups can also be earned by attending:

  • Rotary District events

  • Rotary training sessions (PETs, RLI, Assembly, etc.)

  • Meetings of other Rotary clubs (locally or while traveling)

Be sure to notify our Secretary with proof of participation so your make-up can be recorded.
