This December 2nd & 3rd, the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise will spread holiday cheer by delivering 20 Holiday Cookie Trays to various organizations in Northeast Florida. The beneficiaries include 9 Military Organizations, as well as Clay Fire & Rescue, Clay Police, Clay Sheriff, Orange Park Police, Orange Park Fire & Rescue, Green Cove Springs Police, Dye Clay YMCA, Barco Newton YMCA, Mission BBQ,  Town of Orange Park and Clay Government.

Duane Mallicoat, the Club’s President, shared that this will be the fifth year of the Holiday Cookie Tray Project. The project is funded annually through donations from club members and our community. This year, Publix graciously donated a $150 gift card, and our goal is to raise an additional $300 before Friday, November 22.

“We're incredibly proud of this initiative,” said Steve Underwood, Club President – Elect. “It's heartwarming to see our community come together to spread joy and appreciation to those who serve us so selflessly.”

We’re asking for your generous support to continue and expand this initiative. Every donation helps us deliver more cookies and smiles to our local heroes and nonprofits. Join us in spreading holiday cheer and showing our appreciation to those who serve our community.

This initiative exemplifies the spirit of giving and the motto, “Service Above Self”, that the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise embodies year-round.
